HealthPack has negotiated a discounted room rate of $204.00 per night for single/double occupancy. Rooms and rates are based on availability and subject to state and local fees and taxes. A credit card guarantee is required to hold your reservation. Hotel check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m. The deadline to receive the discounted room rate is February 3, 2017 (subject to availability*).
The conference rate will apply for three (3) days prior to and three (3) days post-conference. Rates are subject to daily incidentals and state and city taxes per room, per night. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

*Discounted rooms are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted room rates apply only to reservations received prior to February 13, 2017, provided rooms are still available in the HealthPack room block. Getting to Denver
Denver International Airport (DEN) is located approximately 26 miles southwest of the Denver Marriott City Center.
The hotel does not provide shuttle service. Estimated taxi fare is approximately $60.00 (one-way). Denver Light Rail, University of Colorado A Line takes you directly from the airport to the hotel (exit the train at the Union Station stop for the hotel; the hotel is about 10 blocks from Union Station). The daily pass is $9, and the trip is 37 minutes one-way. See other transportation options.
Driving from Denver International Airport
Take Interstate 70 West to Interstate 25 and follow Interstate 25 South to the 20th Street exit in downtown Denver. Turn left onto 20th Street and continue to Arapahoe Street. Turn right and proceed to 19th Street. Turn left and travel four blocks to California Street. Turn right and the hotel entrance is the first right after 18th Street.
Valet parking is $37.00 per day plus tax with in/out services. Self-parking is not available at the hotel. Please contact the hotel for local self-parking options.
Denver’s average high temperature in March is characterized by rising daily high temperatures, with daily highs increasing from 56°- 60° Fahrenheit. Daily low temperatures range from 35°- 40° Fahrenheit. Attire for the conference is business casual. Because meeting room temperatures fluctuate, attendees may wish to bring a sweater or jacket.
