Cancellation Policy
HealthPack Attendees - full refunds will be made for cancellations received up to four weeks prior to the conference. After this date a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after this date. A registrant may designate an alternate attendee at any time by phoning 630-544-5051 or by email: bciulla@healthpack.net.
HealthPack Exhibitors - Exhibitors cancelling up to 90 days before the event will be refunded exhibitor fee minus $500.
Cancellations should be made by phoning 630-544-5051; refunds, if any, will be made after written receipt of cancellation.
